Next Level Funded is not a broker, does not take client deposits, does not hold or manage real client funds, and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or advisory services of any kind. All trading activity takes place in a simulated environment on virtual accounts, using third-party platform technology (including Match-Trader, MetaTrader 5, and Trade Locker) — no real capital is placed in live markets and there is no real-world trading risk. All trading on the platform, although it may simulate real market conditions, is notional trading on a demo account only; terms such as "trading," "trader," and "funded" should be understood in that light, not in the sense they carry in the context of real trading or real capital.

Payouts are discretionary, performance-based compensation paid from Next Level Funded's own funds for meeting program targets, not investment returns or profit-sharing from real trading.
